Ray Titus and his father, Roy Titus, started a Signarama store in 1986. After the Signarama concept became successful enough for the father and son team to begin franchising, Ray was inspired to help other entrepreneurs. Ray founded United Franchise Group, which now has more than 1400 franchise units in more than 75 countries. In addition to his business savvy, Ray is an accomplished speaker and has delivered several keynote addresses, including one at the World Leaders Conference. Ray was named to ASI’s Power 50 list as one of the industry’s most influential people in 2010.

Jim Muir opened the first Experimac location in 2009 in West Palm Beach, Florida to realize his dream of offering affordable Apple products for customers. Jim used his business knowledge from running car dealerships for many years and the technical knowledge from his hobby of buying, fixing, and selling used electronics to begin what quickly became a successful business. In 2013, the first Experimac store brought in over $1.8 million. In 2015, Jim partnered with Ray Titus to begin franchising the Experimac concept.
Mary Tomlinson Mills
Marketing Director for United Franchise Group
Mary Tomlinson Mills oversees the marketing and messaging for UFG’s six major brands, including Experimac. Mary has been in her position since October of 2008 and she is an advertising expert. Prior to joining the UFG team, Mary worked in public relations and marketing at Mills Media, developing brand strategies for businesses. Mary graduated from the University of Florida.
Evan is the National Director for United Franchise Group and has been with the company since 2006. With over six years of experience in the franchise industry, Evan has experienced everything from franchise sales and support to business development and marketing.
Evan’s role as National Director focuses on building our various brands in Australia and ensuring that they are supported through our Field Operative network. He is also responsible for creating new marketing strategies for the brands and enhancing current marketing programs to help franchisees reach their sales goals.
